Today I went out with my niece for Sakae Sushi Buffet at Raffles Place, OUB centre. Really had a great feast as you can see for yourself...
Our wide spread of Sushi: California roll, Unagi Roll, Tempura Maki, Soft Shell carb Maki, etc... Various variety of fried ala carte: My favourite Hotate (Fried scallop cake), Tako Yaki, Kani Tempura (fried crabstick), etc...
And all times favourite Chawan Mushi which contains Crabmeat, fish cake, mushroom and few streads of shark fins hidden below the chawan mushi:
Time for desserts: 2 portion of watermelons and 2 portions of moshi ice cream. Yummy...
After a sushi buffet, I think I will suffer sushi phobia for 2 weeks or more... And also need to do some exercise to lose the fats accumulated today... Hopefully I will have the discipline to so that... :P
